Wenn ich in Dolphin mich die Ordnernahmen anschaue sinds die in English; nur wenn ich einen Ordner öffne ist die Nahme in Niederländisch. Bitte sehen Sie die angehängte png's.
Ist das ein Dolphin Problem oder eine Neptune Problem?

The translation is done be xdg which is a different component. It is strange that it is showing the wrong foldernames in the beginning. Can you check if the folders are correctly named. Otherweise maybe rename them manually.

If I take a look in terminal, I see untranslated folder names:

locale -a
gives:
C
C.UTF-8
en_US.utf8
nl_NL.utf8
POSIX
I'm not sure what would be the "normal" output for locale -a.
In the language settings screen I've got "Dutch" as default and first entry; "American English" as the second.
I came accoss this article:

I did install in English, and then localised the install to Dutch.
So this problem doesn't seem Neptune specific.
Should I close this topic as "unresolved" of "won't fix"...?
