Hello Leszek,
how do you generate the Debian Packages from your Github Source? I already searched for that but I found only some very old jenkins plugins.
Could you give a hint?

There is no direct way to do this. You need to git clone the repos and then build the packages using debuild tool. See the debuild manual pages on more for how to use them.
