Widget Problem (reported by Seadevil)

in Neptune plasma vers 5.14.5
kernal vers 4.19.0-amd 64

cannot move icons. I lock and unlock widgets & it says hold down and move widgets....but i hold down
on various widges and there is no response at all.

i'm guessing it's a bug.

How did you create those icons? By default Neptune uses Icons on the desktop.
Do you mean those?

Or do you mean widgets on the desktop?
They indeed allow you to move them when holding longer on them until the bar (by default black) appears besides them.

ok, i just re-installed Neptune and now it works fine.
